We will use different types of wood depending on the type of joinery as well as your requirements, budgets and preferences.
Payment terms will depend on the nature of the project. If you choose a single piece of furniture then we require a deposit to start the project and then the balance on delivery/installation. If your project is a larger project or refurbishment then we will arrange a payment schedule over the course of the works.
No, you will be given an estimate before any work is started and then the project will be carried out. This is the way we work due to a number of factors, including discovering unforeseen issues within the home or a change in specification.
Yes, we have Public Liability insurance that covers us up to £5m for your peace of mind.
